RHYTHM
Choreographed to the beat of infectious music, our signature ride offers a total body workout with attention to safety, form, and function.

ROAD
True to the road, this class ditches the hand weights and lays down a layer of resistance, speed and intensity.

 

RISE AND GRIND
Jumpstart your morning with 40 minutes of heart-pumping cycling followed by a 20-minute vinyasa flow to strengthen your core and lengthen your muscles.

RIDE RESHAPE REAWAKEN
Our signature class combines three training disciplines of cardio, flexibility, and strength for an ultimate 90-minute fit fest.

POWER HOUR
Heat up and cool down with 30-minutes of heart-pumping cycling followed by 30-minutes of mat-based deep core and stretching.


RESHAPE CLASSES

 

IN-TRINITY
Experience core sculpting and flexibility with a mix of yoga, Pilates and martial arts performed on an elevated board. Recommended for all ages and abilities to create supple, strong bodies.

VINYASA FLOW
An invigorating sequence of poses which link breath and continuous movement. Muscles are strengthened and lengthened simultaneously, and your mind shifts focus from the external to the internal.

 
 

YIN YOGA
Gentle and slow-paced, increase or maintain flexibility with poses that use gravity to get deep into the connective tissue. You’ll immediately notice more open hips, buttery muscles and a major mind detox.

YIN-YASA
Our own hybrid version of the best of both worlds! Engage muscles, following the breath and continuous movement into a deeper more relaxed state at the end with a method class.
