Matt

Matt Sternberg was born to be an athlete. Participating in organized competitive team sports his entire life, his love to compete lead him to many successes. He served as an All-American collegiate player in the College Baseball World Series and even holds a brown belt in Taekwondo. Matt loves meeting and talking to new people while encouraging them to become the best they can be. A graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business and Economics, Matt went on to coach middle school, high-school, and travel baseball, helping young athletes conquer their future and obtain scholarships. One of his proudest accomplishments was to work alongside physicians in a surgical setting on the implantation of a nerve stimulator, which helps reduce seizures for patients with Refractory Epilepsy.

When not teaching, Matt loves playing sports, relaxing on the beach, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

With a lifetime of competitive sports, health and fitness has always been an integral part of Dani Lanza’s upbringing. After studying Exercise Science, Dietetics, and Public Health, at Florida State University, she has devoted her career to educating and bettering others holistically. She believes that optimal well-being is about balance: physically, mentally, and nutritionally. To Dani, there is nothing more gratifying than seeing a student reach a goal they never thought achievable. Her experience spans from instructing individuals of all ages and abilities, to youth sports teams, and multiple forms of group fitness. 

When not teaching, Dani enjoys live music and traveling to new destinations.  She also loves using her knowledge of nutrition to experiment with different recipes in the kitchen.

Tamara

Tamara has been practicing the art of Yoga for 18 years. Her very first Yoga class was on the very morning of her wedding day, 18 years ago in 2001. From that strong, grounded and peaceful moment, she was hooked. For the last seven years, Tamara has been teaching all ages, activity levels, mental wellness and learning abilities different types of yoga.

Her yoga journey then led her to work with yoga studios all over Palm Beach and Broward county. She helps students, from beginner to advanced, to develop and strengthen their practice and take it to the next level not just physically but also helping her students strengthen their mental stamina and clarity of mind and spirit. Tamara guides you through a strong practice to a deep meditative rest and self-realization.

When not teaching, Tamara loves to spend quality time with her husband of 18 years and three children, traveling, spending time in nature and visiting local hotspots. She is a self-taught artist and looks forward to every free moment to spend time painting and being creative.

Heather is ERYT500 certified and has 1000+ training hours behind her. She’s been a lead teacher in 200-hour teacher trainings and is dedicated to helping students see how yoga can be both transformative and life changing. Her ashtanga vinyasa inspired classes are powerful, playful, and rooted in a deep understanding and appreciation for what yoga is through and beyond the asana practice. Heather has studied with world renowned teachers such as Kino MacGregor, David Swenson, Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, Dharma Mittra, and many others. She is an ambassador of yoga and Heather is recognized and supported by Lululemon and Manduka for her dedication and work in the yoga community.

 When not teaching, Heather is investing in her own yoga practice with other yogis or surrounded by her favorite littles.

Trent is an ex-college football player turned yogi. After a career ending injury his senior year of college, he turned to yoga to bring him back both mentally and physically. He has been practicing yoga for over five years now, and was certified locally in South Florida. Trent enjoys teaching a more athletic style vinyasa yoga, and sharing his passion of the practice with anyone open to receive.

When not teaching, Trent practices acro yoga around south Florida, spends as much time on the beach as possible, and enjoys cooking for his friends and family.

Mary Joe Rivas is a Florida Native RYT 200 level certified yoga instructor. Since she completed her training 2015, her mission has been to assist and inspire her students to connect to their bodies, feel good, and live a healthier lifestyle: mentally, physically, and spiritually. In 2014, she became a Brand Ambassador for Miami Wellness Club assisting to promote health and wellness in the South Florida Community. In addition to her experience with yoga, she also holds a master’s degree in the field of psychology which leads to inclusion of modalities such as mindfulness, visualizations, and grounding breath work into her yoga classes. 

 When not teaching, Mary Joe loves spending time outdoors exploring nature and learning about holistic wellness.

When not teaching, you can find Frank rollerblading with his pup Cody, cooking, hanging on the beach always keeping his gaze upwards towards the sky.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Adrianne and her family moved to the USA in 1998. She has always had a passion for fitness and exercising, primarily running. After checking off a full marathon and too many half marathons from her bucket list, Adrianne was forced to give up running due to a knee injury. Soon thereafter, she was introduced to indoor cycling. Adrianne has been teaching indoor cycling for eight years and loves to share this passion for fitness with her riders. Her class is a high energy, challenging ride where the Number One Rule is to have FUN. 

 When not teaching, you can find Adrianne spending her free time with her husband, three kids and their animals.

Randi

Randi is a nationally recognized Cycle Instructor and has been leading classes all over the country for more than 13 years. One of her greatest accomplishments is leading a class to over 100 people in the middle of Times Square in New York City to raise awareness and funds for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Her love and passion for people, their health and well-being as well as their happiness has her leading the most fun, yet challenging classes to push her students past limits they only set on themselves. 

When not teaching, Randi loves practicing yoga, going to the movies and spending time with her family. Her favorite role outside of making you sweat, is being a first-time aunt to her niece Adley.

As a dancer since the age of five, teaching group fitness became a natural progression for Amy as she began her studies undergraduate student at University of Central Florida. Her body instantly recognized indoor cycling. Around that same time, she chose to pursue dual careers in both fitness and mental health. After obtaining her master’s degree, Amy began working full-time as a therapist specializing in treatment of eating disorders of PTSD and as a fitness instructor because her passion was to change people’s lives for the better. After more than ten years of working in two careers, she transitioned to a full-time fitness instructor. Amy calls upon her vast amount of experience and education in order to coach and motivate both her private and group clients.  She specializes in strength, indoor cycling, functional and STEP aerobics training.

When not teaching, Amy treasures her time with music, adores her cats, and enjoys cooking and relaxing at home with her husband.
